Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is with great pleasure and honor that, on behalf of the organizing institutions, I welcome you to the 2nd International Conference entitled “Violence Against Minors: Interpretative Approaches, Prevention and Interventions,” which will take place on 9–11 April 2027 here.
The Conference is organized by the Society for Mental Health of Children and Adolescents, the Research Laboratory in Counseling, Psychosocial Support and Community Interventions, University of West Attica, and the Institute of Child Health, institutions that have consistently contributed to the advancement of scientific knowledge and the strengthening of initiatives aimed at the protection and well-being of children and adolescents.
Venue Location
University Campus Conference Center, Ancient Olive Grove
The Conference and Cultural Center is located on the University Campus of Ancient Olive Grove, at P. Ralli and Thivon streets in Aigaleo, within the historic olive grove of Athens where ancient Athenian philosophers once taught. Set in a peaceful environment with countless olive trees and beautifully landscaped gardens, the Center spans four levels with a total area of approximately 5,000 sq.m., accommodating up to 1,500 delegates simultaneously.
